We are looking for a highly self-motivated individual for the position of a Key Account Executive preferably with experience in the Diamond and Jewellery industry. His / her role will involve coordination with potential clients, understanding their requirements and providing quick response. Excellent Communication skills in English are required. Ability to speak in other languages like Hindi, Gujarati, German would be a plus. Basic Computer and Internet Skills are a must.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage all aspects of the customer relationship, including data gathering in a virtual data room and delivery.
- Manage a variety of existing key accounts within the company's product range.
- Make a major contribution to the ongoing planning and development of the company's sales and business development strategies.
- Develop relations between company and client following details to ensure quick response to identified problems.
- Plan steadily and arrange work efficiently.
- Schedule advance working appointments and respond promptly.
- Conduct Competitive Analysis for existing products and know competitor prices and strengths.
- Assist with after sales queries, investigate customer complaints and ensure that they are dealt with to the customers' satisfaction.
